About the Role:
We’re looking for a proactive and communicative Outreach & Scheduling Assistant to help us expand our network by connecting with professionals from a provided list. Your main task will be to initiate short conversations—starting with a brief 2–3 question survey about a new AI-based service—and then schedule a follow-up meeting with those who are open to learning more.
The outreach will focus on a new AI-powered analytics solution designed for retail spaces such as shopping malls and stores. The technology provides anonymized insights about visitor behavior (e.g., foot traffic, demographic trends, returning visitor detection) using data from existing cameras. It helps shopping centers better understand customer movement without requiring any personal data or video storage.
The role offers flexible working hours and a chance to gain valuable experience in business communication, networking, and international coordination. While this is not a formal internship, we are open to adapting certain responsibilities to support your academic goals or professional development.
Responsibilities:
- Contact professionals from a curated list using phone
- Set up meetings and coordinate schedules with our Head of Business Development
- Keep clear records of interactions and meeting confirmations
- Maintain a professional, polite, and engaging communication style
- Work independently under the guidance of our Head of Business Development while aligning with our goals
- Begin the conversation with a short, pre-defined 2–3 question survey
